AWARDS

Costume Awards

To be eligible for the costume awards, participants in costume must check-in with the judges - see the race timeline for when judging ends.  Awards are provided to the top 3 costumes in both the Adult and Lil’ Monster division.  All awards will be announced prior to the start of the 15K/5K event.

Top Male & Female - 15K and 5K

Awards will be given to the overall top three male and female finishers, top three finishers of the Clydesdale and Athena division, and first place Masters (40+) male and female winners in both the 15K and 5K events.

Individual Awards - 15K and 5K

Awards to at least the top three finishers in each age group (14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+) category.

Additionally, all 15K age group winners will have the choice of a gift certificate or free entry into the 2012 event.

Monster Mile Awards

Awards to at least the top three male and female finishers (under 13 and 14-17).

No Duplication of Awards

There will be no duplication of awards.  The top three male and female winners, first place masters male and female winners, and the Clydesdale/Athena division are not eligible for age group awards.

Door Prizes

Everyone is eligible for various door prizes awarded by our fabulous sponsors - be sure to check for your race number on the door prize board at packet pickup and at the finish line.  Any unclaimed prizes will be distributed at the conclusion of the event.
