Welcome to the 3rd annual Muddy Monster Cross Country Run. In 2009 we will once again welcome runners of all athletic abilities to participate in a professionally managed event. This year we are optimistically moving the event back to the scenic location of Seminole Valley Park and the historic village of Ushers Ferry in Cedar Rapids, IA.
